Club Memberships

• Darvanalee Designs is bound to send out your club membership items on the 25th of each calendar month.

• You, the User/Member of Darvanalee Designs Clubs, are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date and correct. Darvanalee Designs is not responsible for any loss of club items if you, the user, have met this obligation.

• You, the member, must cancel your membership by the 5th of the month if you no longer wish to be part of Darvanalee Designs Clubs. If you fail to do so, you will be charged for that month and will still receive your club items.

• All Club items are picked by Darvanalee Designs and are not redeemable for cash. Transferable or refunds. All Sales are final.

• Club Memberships are not subject to any discounts offered by Darvanalee Designs.

• Darvanalee Designs Reserves the right to cancel Club Memberships at any time without cause or notice to the subscriber.

Your Content

In these Website Standard Terms and Conditions, "Your Content" shall mean any audio, video text, images or other material you choose to display on this Website. By displaying Your Content, you grant Darvanalee Designs a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.

Your Content must be your own and must not be invading any third-party’s rights. Darvanalee Designs reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time.
